PurposeBlack ETH Information

PurposeBlack is a new initiative launched in May 2020 through a collaborative effort of more than 130 Black experts. As the name indicates, PurposeBlack intends to economically resolve some of the principal issues Black people worldwide face. Preparation is well underway to launch the first model of this global initiative in Ethiopia.We strongly believe that the new approach is an excellent opportunity for Ethiopia and Africa to be at the center of a massive international enterprise while benefiting millions of Africans in the process. The PurposeBlack Ethiopia initiative will be a multi-billion Birr endeavor encompassing the construction and launching of a mega agro-processing complex, an e-commerce marketplace, five hypermarkets, ten big supermarkets, a chain of more than 1000 retail and distribution stores all over Ethiopia, and multiple agricultural endeavors established by joint ventures with farmers throughout the country.
