Purple Haze provides Admin, PA, Secretarial and E-commerce support to businesses across the UK, USA, and Europe. The services available include telephone answering, outbound sales calls, typing, diary management, email maintenance, booking appointments, data input, CRM maintenance, research, social media support, invoicing, bookkeeping, credit control, events administration and much more. We also offer E-commerce support both in an administrative and customer support capacity. Each member of the team brings a different specialty to the group, enabling us to provide the full front and back business support you would expect to see in a large corporate business The hourly rate for all admin tasks is broken down into 15 minute increments so that you only pay for the time it takes to complete each task – they include: • General typing – copy or audio dictation • Schedule meetings and diary management • Respond to emails on your behalf • Creation and maintenance of CRM system, database or spreadsheets • PowerPoint presentations • E-newsletters • Mail merge and mail shots • Sending out quotations/invoices • Bookkeeping • VAT returns • Credit control • E-commerce admin We also offer a telephony service: • A set monthly administration fee • 99p per call taken or made on your behalf – this includes the cost of a text after each call and a summary email at the end of the day. The following are Free of Charge and included within the cost of the call: • No setup fee • No charges for calls under 20 seconds in duration - sales calls or wrong numbers • Dedicated number • Call patching • No long-term contracts – only 30 days’ notice to cancel • Free out of hours voicemail • We can arrange geographic and non-geographic numbers – please just ask Any orders processed during the call are covered under the call cost. Any additional time taken outside the call to process orders, deal with customer queries etc will be charged at our normal hourly admin rate.
