We endeavor to take on any type of construction-based project, however we specialise in the supply, Installation, Maintenance and management of fully compliant fire doors and associated ironmongery. We hold 3rd party accreditation from BMTRADA for the installation and maintenance of compliant fire doors, we also hold FDIS fire door inspection qualifications so you can be assured we can deliver a safe and fully complaint product. We have developed a Fire Door Management System which is an application that will allow you to stay on top of your ability to show compliance with your fire doors. It will allow us to notify you at the point when your doors need a health check to ensure they are in good working order and maintain them if they start to fall into a state of disrepair. This proves to be a really useful tool to help you perform you duties outlined in the the Regulatory Reform (fire Safety Act) 2005, which requires the responsible person within/for a building to ensure that a Fire Risk Assessment is in place, up to date and adhered to. Within the FRA it may request the use of fire doors, it is then up to the responsible person to ensure the correct product has been installed by qualified installers to ensure the safety of the building users. It also worth mentioning that because its new does not mean its compliant, its seen all to often even in brand new buildings that installations are undertaken to a very poor standard that would be seen as none compliant by an inspector.
