Pure Intent is a multi-disciplinary health center located in Kensington Market. We offer weekly classes, monthly seminars, courses and individualized therapies. At Pure Intent, the individual is empowered through education and participation to explore their unique life experience. Through this people are given tools to gently and effectively adjust their personal experience, promoting and preserving health. We believe that life is a dynamic balance between the forces and interactions of the Body, the Mind, the Spirit and Nature. Pure Intent provides a safe, supportive, community centered environment, to assist people in the implementation and maintenance of healthy lifestyle choices. Small class sizes provide an opportunity for more intimate hands on and personalized experience. Weekly classes include: Yoga, Dance, and Tai Chi Chuan. Educational seminars and courses include select topics in Nutrition, Women's Health, Massage techniques, Meditation and Peri-natal Courses. Individualized treatment sessions include: Naturopathic Medicine, Yoga & Thai Massage Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Aromatherapy Massage.
