I founded Purcell Law because I know that our legal system creates many significant challenges for individuals and families that have suffered due to the negligence, wrongdoing and illegal acts of others. All too often, injury victims are denied justice by insurance companies that have large defense funds, insurance defense lawyers who protect wrongdoers and negligent individuals who refuse to accept accountability for their actions.
