Pulse Line Collaborative Training (PLCT) is a premier first responder training company offering state of the art and current best practice training for law enforcement officers and first responders regarding Interacting with people With Disabilities (IWD). Pulse Line is known for its combination of professional and real-world experience and passion for making our communities safer for first responders and people with disabilities and mental health disorders. PLCT was founded with the goal of reducing and ultimately abolishing unwarranted use of force against people with disabilities and mental health disorders and finding equity for those persons in the criminal justice system. IWD training was designed by law enforcement officers and experts in disability and mental health to aid the in protection and retention of police officers, dispatchers, and first responders by providing tools to help them better identify, communicate, interact, understand, and foster relationships with people with disabilities and mental health disorders in our communities; not only in crisis situations, but during everyday interactions.
