Pulse CPR is located in Oshawa, Ontario and provides the Greater Toronto Area with First Aid and CPR Training to the lay public as well as professional rescuers. We are an On-site and Off-site training partner available to all individuals, groups and organizations that are interested in obtaining these valuable lifesaving skills. Our method of instruction is interactive, hands-on and enjoyable. All First Aid, CPR and AED classes are taught according to the standards of the Canadian Red Cross. Courses are affordable and flexible and may be conducted during regular work hours, evenings or weekends to fit in with your busy schedules. Pulse CPR tailors to your needs. As an Canadian Red Cross Training Partner, Pulse CPR embraces the fundamental principles of the Red Cross and builds on that foundation to offer comprehensive First Aid & CPR training. If you have never been trained in First Aid or CPR, now is the time to learn how to save a life. If you have received CPR training, take a refresher course and learn how recent research has made it even easier to learn, retain and perform CPR. Since approximately 80 percent of all cardiac arrests occur in private residential settings, it is vital to know and have the ability to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation as this could mean the difference between life and death of a loved one. When CPR is performed immediately after cardiac arrest, the victims chance of survival can double. All Pulse CPR courses are up-to-date with the latest scientific research on CPR in accordance with the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR)guidelines. Pulse CPR is fully insured and confidently meets Occupational Health and Safety requirements to help workplaces be compliant with both federal and provincial legislation.
