Founded in 1933, North Idaho College is a comprehensive community college located on the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene. NIC offers more than 150 degrees and certificates in a wide spectrum of academic transfer and professional-technical programs. Approximately 6,000 students are enrolled in credit classes and nearly 4,400 participate annually in non-credit courses.

Founded in 1979, Pierce Transit is a nationally recognized leader in the public transportation industry. Pierce Transit covers 292 square miles of Pierce County with roughly 70% of the county population. Serving Washington's second largest county, Pierce Transit provides three types of service, Fixed Route, SHUTTLE paratransit and Vanpools that help get passengers where they need to go.
C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, on-demand rideshare service The Current and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine on Fourth Plain, in 2017, and a second bus rapid transit line, The Vine on Mill Plain, in 2023.
In 2019 and 2022, C-TRAN was named North American Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association.
