Pulkit Metals Private Limited is one of the Automated Steel Plant commenced its operation in 2002 with factory at Puducherry (India) and corporate office in Broadway, Chennai. The company established its stand in the domestic market through Advanced Technology, Streamlined Quality Process and Skilled Personnel. With the Phenominal Growth PMPL has established Two Plants Srikalahsthi (Andhra Pradesh) Nigeria. The Steel plant is supported by TEMPCORE TECHNOLOGY from Belgium with the PLC system Overseeing the entire production to cater to expectations of quality norms and environmental regulations with enhanced efficiency. Pulkit Metals has its in house 25 MT induction furnace and continuous caster with 6/11 radius equipped to cast 100sqmm – 200sqmm. The total annual production capacity is 6.24 lac MT Pulkit Metals has the best combination of strength, ductility and consistency. Pulkit Steel is produced in Fe 500 , 500D, 550 & 550D conforming to IS 1786 grade. However its carbon levels are maintained at much lower than the BIS specification, which results in excellent ductility, high bendability, better corrosion resistance and superior weldability. How we ensure Quality? All the PMPL plants are installed with advanced spectrometer & sophisticated laboratory equipment to test the quality of incoming raw material and monitor it online at every processing stage. Quality control is a rigorous discipline and the finished product is checked meticulously before delivery.
