Pugh's Piglets Competitors

Heritage Pigs is a small enterprise set up to help support the rare breed pig industry which has suffered massive decline over the last 40-50 years, but is now showing some signs of recovery. Pork from rare breed pigs grown slowly in an open outdoor environment is significantly different from the "factory" pork needed to be mass produced to supply the supermarkets' needs. By supplying great quality pork to the public through meat boxes as well as local gourmet restaurants we help keep the need and demand for these rare breed pigs.
