Pug Squad Information

Pug Squad is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit based in New York. Proceeds from our online fundraisers and in-person events are donated to rescues across the country working to place pugs in loving forever homes. Through the power of social media, we also help families who wish to keep but cannot afford to care for their senior and special needs pugs by promoting their personal fundraisers and donating supplies. Our extensive network of experienced rescue volunteers is always on call to assist rescues in the tri-state area with shelter pulls, transport, and emergency fosters. Pugs are a special breed (the best, we think)—they’re adorable, spunky, funny, and loving. But they can also be high maintenance because of their brachycephalic (short) noses. As pugs become increasingly popular, we want to educate the public about the breed and the growing number of pugs from puppy mills and backyard breeders. Know a pug in need? Pug squad to the rescue!
