Our goal is to improve government operations and citizen services led by government leaders who are resilient in the face of challenge, capable of guiding change, driving innovation and empowering their teams to deliver results for their customers and citizens. PLSA provides: - Training - Customized one to three-day leadership development programs tailored to agency needs - Consulting services on change management, strategic planning, and customer service and experience.
