PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia is the majority shareholder with 52.09 percent shares while the remaining 47.91 percent shares belong to public shareholders. Telkom’s shares are traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) where it is listed as “TLKM” and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which lists it as “TLK”. As it transforms to become a digital telecommunication company, TelkomGroup implements a customer-oriented business and company operational strategy. The transformation aims to trim down TelkomGroup’s organization to be leaner and more agile in adapting the fast-changing nature of telecommunications industry. The new organization is expected to be able to improve efficiency and be more effective in producing a quality customer experience. Indonesia State Electricity Corporation PLN has a long history in electricity industry of Indonesia. As the sole provider of electricity in Indonesia, PLN is striving to increase quality of services to all Indonesian. In 1972, in accordance with Government Regulation No.17, the State-owned Electricity Company was enacted as a State-owned General Electricity Company and as PKUK responsible to provide electricity to meet public needs. While the Government policy was giving opportunity to the Private Sectors to focus on the provision of electricity, the status of PLN was changed from a General Company to Corporation’ as well as PKUK in providing electricity for public needs until the present. WIKA was formed by the nationalization process of a Dutch company named, Naamloze Vennotschap Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co. or NV Vis en Co. Pursuant To Government Regulation No. 2 / 1960 and Minister of Public Works and Electric Power (PUTL) Decree No. 5 dated 11 March 1960, to be named Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja. WIKA’s line of business at the time was electrical and water pipe installation works. In the early 1960s, WIKA took part in the construction project of Gelanggang Olah Raga Bung Karno in order of Games of the New Emerging Forces (GANEFO) and the 4th Asian Games providence in Jakarta. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA) has committed to contribute to the success of government programs, especially in infrastructure developments, in line with the Company's core business in construction. A number of infrastructure development have been mandated by the Government to the Company, and WIKA’s infrastructure and buildings development bring a positive impact to "Create Impact" and benefit to society (stakeholders). The infrastructure and buildings have a design that is not only modern but follows the concept of "social impact", where people can feel the bene t from this infrastructure immediately and the advantages that will improve their welfare and economic growth.
