Analize all possibility for improvement. POAC all tools and resources in all department with almost 40 employee in 2 shift. Achieved target in 2008: by ISO: 1% cargo damage, 0% accident, 96% On time warehouse performance, 5% cost reducing, over IDR 6 billion in total operation margin.
