MDB was officially established in Indonesia on 27th February 2019 as an incubator with five portfolios: Multi Inti Digital Transport (MDT), Multi Inti Digital Lestari (LESTARI), Sistim Digital Transaksi Indonesia (SDTI), Multi Inti Digital Logistik (MDL), and Sistim Digital Loyalti Indonesia (SDLI). Multi Inti Sarana (MIS) Group was founded in 1997 as a holding company to manage business groups in premium transportation, tin mining, financial services, digital business, and property.
