WHO Established in 1996 LITAC is a specialized consultant firm that dedicates it’s design practice to achieve creative, aesthetic and quality solution in lighting and acoustic design. WHAT Founded and managed by Paul Gunawan.HTII.PLDA, LITAC has successfully completed extensive amount of projects, both local and international, on a wide variety of developments including offices, residences, hotels, commercial complex, museums and theaters. LITAC provides full range of services ranging from conceptual design, technical specification, tender/construction documentation, supervision, to commissioning of lighting and control system installation to assure the intended design implementation. WHY LITAC’s key approach is to converge design creativity and technical consideration. We consistently exploring new ways to highlight each project design value and uniqueness along with responsibility in green design and energy conservation, ease of operation, maintenance and safety factor, which in turn will be beneficial to the project outcome and budget.
