Through tailored psychology and exercise programs; with the addition of our Behaviour Support Program, PsychPhys® promotes acceptance; and raises public awareness into the level of risk and vulnerability within our community. Services are designed to increase self-esteem, self-respect, and respect for others in society. We promote and educate healthy independent living, and address issues relating to improving and maintaining quality of life.
