We’re a stainless steel-only workshop, as we’re committed to the high standards required for fabrications in the pharma, biotec, nuclear, food and beverage industries. The company is well positioned to handle projects from design through to installation, with as much of the process handled in-house at our Speke (Liverpool) facility as possible. We have over 30 years of experience with servicing companies in the pharma and food sectors right across the UK and internationally too. Pipework ⋅ Qualified in a wide range of standards from BS EN through to ASME ⋅ Fully orbitally welded and manual hand welded pipework systems. ⋅ Experiences in ASME BPE and hygienic tube standards, through to larger heavier wall pipe. ⋅ Supply of full documentation turnover package for all pipework. ⋅ Full cleaning and passivation of all pipework, with optional polishing and electropolishing finishes if required. Vessels ⋅ Design and fabrication of vessels ranging from standard holding vessels, through to mobile pressurised high purity mixing vessels. ⋅ Supplied with full documentation packages, including all necessary calculations and N.O.B.O pressure equipment directive documentation where necessary. ⋅ Covering a range of sizes from 1Ltr up to 5,000 Ltrs in capacity, with the only sizing restriction being the workshop size restrictions. Fabrications ⋅ Full cGMP design service for all fabrications where required ⋅ All elements of stainless steel fabrication undertaken, from small bracketry, trollies tables and cabinets through to large access platforms and framework. ⋅ Provided in a full range of finishes with certification for high purity clean room use where necessary. Installations ⋅ Providing installation of pipework and fabrications as well as onsite repairs, predominantly at facilities across the north west. ⋅ Highly experienced on-site team of fabricators and pipefitters qualified in CSCS, first aid, fire safety, confined space to meet site/project requirements.
