PSI Midstream Information

PSI is a midstream asset company focusing on the acquisition and construction of gathering, processing, and conditioning assets to support oil and gas production activities in Texas, Louisiana, and GOM areas. PSI’s primary focus is the acquisition and construction of natural gas processing straddle plants in areas of growth to take advantage of both onshore and offshore exploration activities and LNG supply. Secondly, PSI targets the acquisition and construction of onshore and offshore production handling equipment, field level hydrocarbon dew point control plants, and gas conditioning facilities located on pipeline systems that mandate strict gas quality controls for merchantability and interchangeability. PSI also specializes in the acquisition and construction of pipeline assets in and around PSI owned processing and treating plants.
