Prysm is the group ownership platform — We build collaborative web3 software for groups of all sizes to manage on-chain memberships, pool & manage capital, ownership, and co-purchase and use virtual assets together. We turn missions into web3 movements allowing digital communities to have real-world economic, social, and cultural impact. Over 500 groups have deposited over 3000 ETH to purchase over 500 NFTs all in invite only mode! We’ve partnered with communities like FWB, Moonbirds, Memeland and others who use our products to birth subDAOs that collect NFTs together, crowdfund social causes and even play web3 games together. Prysm is an 8-person, SF-based team founded by childhood friends Thomas Scaria and Shelby Thomas. We’ve raised over $7MM from Multicoin Capital, Polychain Capital and many more.
