METAS is a non-profit organization based in Monterrey, Mexico that focuses on educating children in order to end the child obesity epidemic in Mexico. We teach children with innovative techniques based on practical experiments including the following topics: nutrition and obesity, diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, leadership, self-motivation, bullying, drugs and addictions, first aid, and rescue. More than 3000 students have taken one or more of our classes in the past 2 years. Today we teach more than 120 students every week.
