A teen fills a cart and reaches checkout, but has no way to pay. The parent has the card, and by the time anyone finds them the session is gone. The merchant never sees the sale, and never learns it was lost. Proxy closes that gap. The cart is held server-side and sent to the parent's phone, where it is approved with a fingerprint, face, or passkey. The card never leaves the parent's device. The teen gets approval, never a number. The merchant keeps the session, the attribution, and the sale. Proxy is not a payment method, not a processor, and not the merchant of record. It layers over Stripe, Adyen, and the gateways merchants already run - a snippet, a webhook, or a Shopify app. Nothing migrates. Delegated payment is the first product. The larger one is the household relationship graph underneath it: standing permissions, scoped entitlements, and the account handoff that follows when a parent pays for something a teen will use.
