Proviser Information

Proviser started in 1997 with detailed graphs and tables of property prices data from HM Land Registry. Proviser is the only remaining of the first two websites to make this information easily usable by the public. As other websites with very deep pockets moved into the arena in the mid to late 2000s, Proviser has taken a back seat for a while. But while there are now a number of websites that provide information on property prices, we have found that some of the most interesting and useful analysis is not currently available. And so we are relaunching Proviser to fill that gap. We hope that Proviser will provide the most useful tools and analysis for property professionals, journalists and the public who are serious about understanding property prices and sales volumes. And over time we will add other information, analysis, tools and comment based on data that is either available from government sources, other sources or directly gathering it ourselves. With the intention of making that information easier to use, cross reference and understand by professionals, press and public.
