Provider Support Services Information

Provider Support Services, LLC is a Montana owned company specializing in helping Montana medical practices with their Practice Management and Accounts Receivable processing, as well as their EMR and IT needs, including software, hardware, support, and implementation. We believe in Montana's traditional values of providing good service, in a respectful manner, utilizing the skills, values and work ethics of local people. Our staff members have chosen careers of providing practice management support to Montana medical providers. Accordingly, they participate in on-going continuing education programs to achieve and maintain appropriate knowledge and credentials to assist our clients in their practice management needs. Current staff credentials include: CPC (Certified Professional Coder -AAPC), CMBA (Certified Medical Billing Associate - HBMA), CMC (Certified Medical Coder -PMI), CHBME (Certified Healthcare Billing Management Executive-HBMA), Notary Public (St. of Mt.). Our organization is a member of the Radiology Billing Management Association (RBMA) and the Healthcare Billing Management Association (HBMA). RBMA is an industry leading organization whose focus is the business of radiology including education and advocacy. HBMA is a trade association representing third party medical billers. Our participation with HBMA includes having a company officer that is a past member of their national Board for Directors and a past chairman of their national Education Committee. We are pleased to be in a position to represent Montana issues at the national level with both organizations.
