ProvaBUS is in operation since 2015 in four languages: FR/DE/EN/IT. The product has been conceived for small and medium size Bus Transport companies. It also answers the need for Private School Bus transportation needs. ProvaBUS is used for school bus transport, disabled and medical, as well as dedicated transportation. Our product aims in optimizing the bus usage and increasing the bus transport safety and quality. Quality of service indicators are already embedded. They help Managers to control and reduce the costs. Data Management and handling are key issues in today’s business. ProvaBUS offers a unique tool where all parties share the same information in real time. Bus Drivers know exactly what his tour are and who he must pick and drop off. He also views his daily and weekly diary. The Driver can even “receive” a new tour (in real time) while performing his ongoing one. The Parents are informed of their children’s timetable, of any changes and can handle alone the absences. The Transport Manager (or Disponent) sees, in real time, all his buses, attendances and can easily handle changes and absences whether planned or not. Working in bus transport is a difficult task for the employees. To ensure there are fully engaged and motivated, ProvaBUS helps them to reduce the copy-paste errors, make changes to the timetable easily and quickly. Furthermore, the yearly planning is done efficiently and quickly leading to reduction up to four times (compared to standard practice). Children safety is at the root of ProvaBUS. Having a global and individual data management ensures each person is properly transported: from yearly planning to daily operation, through communication among stake holders and up to proper invoicing.
