Prototypes’ mission is to rebuild the lives of women, children and communities impacted by substance abuse, mental illness and domestic violence. We promote self-sufficiency through integrated, comprehensive programs while ensuring safety and shelter for those in need. Over more than two decades of service to some of Southern California’s most vulnerable populations, Prototypes has evolved into one of the nation’s leading behavioral healthcare organizations. Today, it serves as a “prototype” for other behavioral healthcare organizations, based on our program offerings, services and treatment methodologies. Each year, we provide innovative behavioral healthcare services to more than 12,000 women, children and communities impacted by substance abuse, mental illness and domestic violence.
