Video animation, post-production, and aerial photovideo service provider. (not to mention our tech books, writer's guides, and consulting/instruction) Long-time friends of Proton Arts remember us as a publisher of web-dev-related books as well as guides for writers, with additional consulting services, and training offerings in the world of office software. While all those are still part of what we do, our focus has changed a bit, and thus our radically revamped site. Let me share a bit. It seems as though, no matter what I've done in the course of my career, two things have always become part of my job: teaching people, and creating materials to help do that. For the latter, I've done everything from two-projector slide shows back in the analog days, to digitized aircraft identification graphics, to video productions of various types and lengths. Eventually, all this became known as multimedia, and (for a while, anyway) new media. I've also always been around aviation in one way or another, which eventually lead to getting a commercial small UAS pilot's license. All of these interests and experiences have now come together under the Proton Arts banner--turning our motto "The Art of Technology" ever more in the direction of art.
