ProTime Services utilizes a "system model" to deliver uniform and high level cleaning services to you. We come to you in 2 and 3 person teams directed by our Team Leader. Every person on a ProTime Services cleaning team, whether part or full time, is a direct company employee having completed a thorough application - screening process including employer, reference and motor vehicle background checks. Your cleaning team members have full surety bonding, $1,000,000 liability and full Worker's Compensation insurance coverage. They are required to complete a two week training program including CBT (Computer Based Training), industry and company manuals, as well as, hands-on cleaning procedures reviewed and critiqued by our experienced Team Leader. And since we know that happy employees do the best work, we provide the best "pay-for-performance" programs available, along with benefits programs. To keep our teams abreast of the latest in cleaning equipment and materials, we also provide continuous training programs.
