PROTEKTOR S.A. (Inc.) is one of the leading producers of protective, occupational and professional footwear in Poland and one of the largest in Europe. Among others, our portfolio includes: models for industrial workers, military, police, fire brigades, medical services, paramilitary groups, security services and foresters. The outstanding quality of our products has been confirmed by numerous certificates (AQAP, ISO, WE, TUV, SD) and patents as well as positive opinions of satisfied customers from over 30 markets in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. PROTEKTOR S.A. (Inc.) is a company with Polish capital and company of the Protektor Capital Group, which contains companies the Abeba Group (Abeba Spezialschuh-Ausstatter GmbH with French commercial company and Inform Brill GmbH with two production facilities in Moldova) (http://www.protektorsa.pl/strona/struktura_grupy,20.html). The Group has its own laboratories and design departments and cooperates with external designers, thanks to which it regularly implements new technologies and releases new products. HISTORY of the plant dates back to 1944, when as the Footwear Factory, we produced shoes for the army. In 1959, the Marian Buczek's factory has been connected to the Lubelskie Zakłady Garbarskie, which began the Lubelskie Zakłady Przemysłu Skórzanego - the foundation for today's PROTEKTOR S.A. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1998. In 2016 the company moved the production plant and headquarters to the Mielec Special Economic Zone, starting activity in the Lublin’s industrial district of Felin.
