Our specialty is providing near-flawless "HVAC" systems designs, installations and repair services to residential and commercial business owners, who expect our work to be completed right, the 1st time, every time. Innovative Trades Solutions, LLC is a boutique manufacturing company that makes business and mechanical products for use in Protech HVAC systems and those of other Plumbing, HVACR and other Building Trades Companies. 35-year Indoor Climate Control industry expert and successful inventor, John Rocheleau, owns both companies. Together, Protech and ITS are seeking the right candidates with, minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Programming/Software Development, and who desire to learn both of our businesses from the ground up, ultimately, owning an equity position in our companies. Your resume will stand out if you can program in any of the top 5 Mobile Apps platforms, create mechanical designs in CAD, or have graphics design experience, and/or experience in WordPress.
