Founded in 1999 by industry pioneer Steve Lakin, Protec is one of the largest independent event production houses in the Middle East, providing services to the live events and entertainment industry. Equipped with one of the largest advanced technology inventories, fabrication and scenic workshops, design suites, and production spaces, Protec stands alone as one of the most comprehensive event production houses globally. Our state-of-the-art facilities, spanning 108,000 sqft, enable our clients to see their artistic designs fused perfectly together across our four in-house divisions and witness their productions come to life before even reaching the job site. Protec’s team culture has been built on the foundations of a unique passion and energy for the live events industry. We have carefully curated a team of over 110 experts from around the globe, all driven by a dedication to excellence and the pioneering spirit of our late founder, Steven Lakin.
