PROSTOR CAPITAL Fund was founded in 2011 by a group of private Russian investors to make investments in growing companies in Russian and International Information Technologies markets. Fund assets - $ 20 million. Fund Interests are focused primarily on the companies developing software/hardware products and services in the rapid growing IT and Internet market segments. In terms of development stages, we are focused on investing in startup and early growth stage companies. Our goal is to help portfolio companies become leaders in its segments and create a business, which is interesting to Russian and foreign strategic investors and private equity funds, specializing on the later phases of growth, such as expansion stage and pre-IPO, as well as the object of M&A transactions. Currently our portfolio consists of five companies working in the market of IT for Education, e-Healthcare, Online video and SaaS for B2B.
