ProspHER Information

ProspHER: Where Women Shine ✨ is a career and business growth platform built to help ambitious women close the gap between big vision and the next clear step – with the mission to support at least one million women to shine by 2030, through practical learning, purposeful community, and tools that create measurable momentum. We believe ambition isn’t the problem — access is. Many women stall, not from lack of skill, but from lack of time, money, focused direction and supportive networks, so ProspHER delivers emotionally intelligent development that joins the human side of growth with strategic clarity. Founded in 2015, and grown from a local networking group into an AI-enabled platform and movement, ProspHER combines community-driven support, tailored learning roadmaps, programmes, events and a match directory to help women progress in careers and build profitable businesses 💸 Our approach is simple: clarity before content, direction before delivery. We coach members to turn vision into manageable action, emphasise radical honesty about setbacks and learning, and centre peer connection as the most powerful resource for sustained progression. ProspHER is purpose-led and people-first — we champion female empowerment as a right, not a trend, and pledge to remove privilege as a barrier to opportunity.
