We are a boutique retained search agency focused on building the companies that build our country. Since 2001, we’ve been a strategic acquisition partner for clients throughout the country. We specialize in the permanent placement of middle to upper management construction professionals. Our clients have characterized us as thorough, ethical and expeditious. ProSource will not accept a search assignment for which the client is not ideally suited. Clients are a combination of general contractors, prime sub-contractors, owners, institutions, and developers. We prefer to work with the owner, president, and/or direct hiring authority. This allows clear and concise communication throughout the search assignment. Companies who retain us generally have EBITDA between $1 and $40 million. Over database of candidates consist of savvy construction professionals who are not actively seeking employment, but open to better opportunities. We work tirelessly on expanding and updating our network daily.
