Risks Prevention Social Orientation Syringes Exchange (PROSES) was created in 1997 by elected officials and community professionals from the municipalities of Montreuil, Bagnolet and Romainville, all convinced that it was urgent to provide assistance to drug users in these three cities. It welcomes and supports people who use and / or encounter difficulties related to the use of legal and / or illegal drugs. P.R.O.S.E.S can also be a listening place for families and relatives. The organisation bases its actions on non-judgment attitude to people and offers a certain number of services linked to the recipients’ needs: C.A.A.R.U.D (Reception centers, a support care unit and a mobile team); Accommodation (hotel / collective accommodation) and Microstuctures (MSMA, psycho-social follow-up in general practice).
