We operate as Prople Inc. out of the Philippines, K&A Global Management Company in California and in the states of Kansas and Missouri. K&A Global Management Company (KAGM) is associated with Fanska CPA, LLC, a national, independent CPA firm through an alternative practice structure. The two companies are separate and independent legal entities that work together to serve clients' business needs. KAGM and its accounting, tax and advisory companies are not licensed CPA firms. KAGM and Fanska CPA, LLC both offer tax, consulting and advisory, and non- attest accounting services.
