Prophecy was formed by developers who have created bespoke software solutions for a wide variety of clients across different industries including RAC plc, Pioneer, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, DABs Direct (the UK's largest technology mail order company), Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Astra Zeneca and parts of the NHS. We have also developed two innovative software solutions that address often neglected, but vitally important, areas of business. Our Helpdesk and Call Management software - Seeker - was born out of frustration with existing poorly featured and difficult to use packages. Seer, our Mobile Workforce Management package, was created because no-one else was offering the functionality we wanted combined with an easy-to-use interface.
