It aims to : - Improve the condition and maintenance of buildings to avoid incidents - Ensure the safety of housing and analyze the degradation of property components - Facilitate the management and consultation of building registers - Benefit from technologies (IoT and AI) in the building industry to collect data and information relevant to property valuation and insurance. Propfile mission is to provide help and tools to diligent owners and managers for their buildings inspection. We have a collaborative approach by integrating all stakeholders through our web-based building register. We bring real value to the owners and managers by accelerating the inspection process, centralizing all reports, keeping an history of the building, and finally connecting stakeholders with information. Most of all, we think that the occupants must be the priority in a building by keeping a safe and quality environment, establishing trust, and reducing lawsuit about hidden defects.
