The work history of every home. Your home. Your neighborhood. Your town. A house is the sum of the work done to it, and almost none of it is written down. What survives is scattered across a county filing, a shoebox of receipts, and the memory of whoever owned the place three families ago. Ruxlo replaces that with one durable record attached to the parcel itself. Work is claimed by the contractor who did it and confirmed by the owner who paid for it. Once it's confirmed, no one can edit it to flatter themselves — including us. When the house sells, the record doesn't move. It belongs to the parcel, the way a deed does. The record starts with what's already on public record and fills in from there: the new kitchen, the paint, the landscaping, the tree work nobody ever filed. Around your home is your neighborhood. You can see what's been done to the homes near you and who did it — the roof three doors down, the water heater across the street. So when you need a plumber, you're not starting from a search box and five names you've never heard of. You pick one off a job on a house you've walked past, and ask them for a quote. Around that is your town, where you choose the notices you want: farmers markets, recycling, bulk waste pickup. Homeowners don't pay. Contractors do.
