Property Guardians Information

Property Guardians provide optimal occupation, protection and management of empty properties, through the placement of fully vetted guardians. We launched in response to the growing volume of empty properties in the UK, coupled with rising demand for affordable housing, and have a proven track record of providing fully vetted Guardians for empty properties, working alongside housing associations, private landlords and surveyors to provide security through occupation. Our Property Guardian program ensures that properties no longer remain empty, and the risk of squatting, damage and theft is eradicated. It is also saving property owners thousands of pounds in security and maintenance fees. Safe, secure and socially conscious property solutions. Property Guardians www.propertyguardians.com
