Our vision is to provide a better understanding of home ownership for people in all phases of the process from prospective buyers to long time owners. For homebuyers we will provide a true cost of home ownership including maintenance, upkeep, and replacement expenses for appliances, fixtures, and components of the property subject to wear and tear. For homeowners we will provide best practices for maintaining their home. The service will include expected maintenance and replacement schedules, notifications, alerts, guides and suggestions, referrals, ratings and reviews, and expected budget timelines. We will also work with Realtors and Home Inspectors to help them manage client properties, and to provide our service to their clients.
