Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout Program fosters physical and emotional well being through sharing the joy of dance with people from all walks of life. A woman-owned business started by Consuelo Faust in 1979, R&M has become a San Francisco tradition. We offer a full schedule of drop-in dance workout classes at the beautiful, state-of-the-art ODC Dance Commons, as well as local community centers. Rhythm & Motion emphasizes the joyful spirit and open expressiveness of dance. An alternative to the "body perfect" standard that permeates our society, our program cultivates a welcoming, accepting atmosphere that promotes health and well being. We believe that dancing offers an opportunity to reconnect heart and mind and that truly, anyone can dance!

Crescendo Academy of Music offers private and group instruction in instrumental and vocal music from highly-qualified teachers and performers in Southwest Michigan. The academy provides opportunities for performances in a variety of local venues, lessons in music theory and composition, chamber ensembles, Orff studio classes for children and adults, and Music Together®, a nationally recognized early childhood music program. Pre-school children through adults over the age of seventy are active in Crescendo’s programs. Crescendo Academy of Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with funding support from major foundations, arts organizations, businesses and individual donors. It strives to make music accessible to all through need-based scholarships and an instrument loan program.
