Promarc Ltd is an independent consultancy supporting organisations to shape, govern, and deliver complex initiatives with greater clarity, confidence, and control. We work closely with procurement, engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to improve how decisions are made and how risk is identified and managed across the lifecycle of change. Our work spans process improvement, project and programme delivery, IT and data strategy, solution and enterprise architecture, deployment, and change management. We bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach grounded in real-world delivery experience, helping teams move from ambiguity to clarity and from intent to execution. A core part of our offering is independent technical assurance and advisory support. Promarc helps organisations review requirements, supplier proposals, architectures, delivery approaches, and governance arrangements, providing objective insight and practical recommendations that strengthen outcomes and reduce delivery risk. To bring structure and repeatability to this work, Promarc has developed the Technical Assurance for Procurement (TAP) framework. TAP packages our experience into a structured, repeatable approach that can be applied to live procurements and complex initiatives, amplifying the value of assurance while remaining flexible to context. It enables teams to engage early, ask better questions, and make more informed decisions with confidence. Promarc works across public and private sectors, operating independently and collaboratively, with a focus on clarity, transparency, and outcomes rather than theory or ceremony.
