Proland Services began in 1993. Founded by Tony Harrell who is a second generation of family Right-Way professionals dating back to the early 1960's. The mission of the company is simply to provide complete and consistent Right-of-Way services to our clients in a highly ethical, professional and efficient manner. While Proland Services primarily focuses and serves the South Texas region, our work over the years has covered most counties across Texas. We take pride in completing our projects below budget and ahead of schedule. We do this by maintaining low overhead , hiring and training efficiently, and following good management practices. No two projects are exactly alike and we customize our best practices to meet client needs. Throughout the years we have built and maintained strong relationships with our clients, landowners, attorneys and other industry professionals to more effectively accomplish the goals of our clients year after year. Throughout our growth we have remained committed to long term relationships. We know successful landowner negotiations mostly occur at kitchen tables or on the hood of a pickup truck, not in corporate office buildings. Our professional relationships with landowners continue to this day and we're proud to live where we work.
