Projet is one of South Africa’s industry leaders in our sector, providing specialist contracting services including Cement Mortar Lining, High-Pressure Water Jetting, Hydro Sand Blasting (Wet Grit) and Dry Grit Sandblasting (Corrosion Control), External Pipe Coating (Sheathing with Cement). Established in 1982 as a High-Pressure Water Jetting company from cleaning boilers to jetting sewer lines and pipelines, we saw a need for a one-stop-shop in the sector and extended to Corrosion Control, including Pipe Refurbishment removal of bitumen inside existing pipelines, before moving on to Cement Mortar Lining. Projet’s growth trajectory has been marked by a number of significant milestones, including pioneering the highly effective removal of Bitumen inside existing pipelines by using High-Pressure Water Jetting followed by cement mortar lining, with the refurbished pipeline having a new life span of 100 years, reducing the cost of installing new pipelines. Millions of rands are spent on manufacturing and installing new pipelines in South Africa when refurbishing an existing line is one pipeline away. Our success is built on a long history of providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge in the field of pipe refurbishment over the years, allowing us to provide high-quality service to our clients. Our workforce is highly skilled, allowing our sites to run smoothly and quickly. Projet is very mobile, operating for onsite and offsite contracts throughout South Africa, as well as bordering countries, or at our Bredell Kempton Park onsite yard. We’ve worked in almost every province in South Africa since our inception.
