Creativity | Rigour | Confidence We are a boutique Queensland-based project and infrastructure costings advisory business helping local and global clients to form, optimise and successfully deliver their projects. We assist owners and contractors in the resources, transport, energy, water and property sectors. We aim to create value for our clients by 'thinking outside of the square'. Projectick provides the following services: • Assisting owners to define and document their requirements and to enhance project definition; • Strategic pre-construction planning and value engineering by “thinking outside of the square"; • Project cost planning and preparing budget estimates; • Managing the procurement of: i. design/costing/schedules ii. feasibility studies iii. government approvals, • Developing delivery strategies and ensuring owner requirements are incorporated into delivery contracts; • Managing the procurement of consultants and contractors including tendering, selection and appointment; • Establishing project controls for successful project delivery; • Reviewing and monitoring project delivery, and providing advice on corrective action where necessary.
