Project WIND Information

We are working towards climate justice and green litigation. As a group of climate litigators and environmentalists, we promote space for peer co-learning and joining hands to direct the flow of winds in the evolving climate jurisprudence to an inclusive and intersectional justice. We have made representations to the State Pollution Control Board, along with other relevant State authorities, regarding illegal stone crusher operations and constructions in Makarbai Village, Uttar Pradesh, as our first engagement, which marks the inception of Project WIND since April 2025. We are dedicated to promoting climate justice and a collective of green litigants. Our current ongoing engagement is for the revival of a 975-year-old lake Pattandur Agrahara in Bangalore, and with law and the green spirit of people, we are here to win the long-pending justice to this decade-long ongoing proceedings.
