Project Takeoff is a charitable, life-skills mentorship program that uses aviation as the primary catalyst to inspire and educate students on skills necessary to succeed in life. Project Takeoff's mission is to introduce and provide an educational and opportunistic avenue to underprivileged inner-city children and young adults. By exposing their minds to the realm of aviation and the many job opportunities encompassed within, we will bridge the gap between the importance of education and the tangible results they can achieve. The foundation and core principles within our organization are dedication, responsibility, and pride. Instilling these mantras in our students are not only pivotal to aviation but also to all other career paths and choices they may pursue. It is our mission to offer guidance through training, coaching, and mentoring on the importance of their education from the start and the tangible connections they have between job opportunities and the early decisions they make in life.
