Through education, we bring selfpower alive for our participants and their families. Our goal as an organization is to cultivate the grit and determination necessary for a lifetime of achievements for single parents and their children. By providing access to education and career development, we strengthen the selfpower necessary for single parents to push through barriers in order for them to live a completely different kind of life. Barriers such as quality childcare, reliable transportation, affordable housing, mental health services, and other challenging circumstances require creative intervention and intensive, personalized advising. When families are able to support themselves and activate their selfpower, our community is stronger.
