Project Second Chance Monroe Information

Project Second Chance Monroe pairs residents from the Monroe County Youth Center with abandoned dogs. The youth provide daily care, grooming and training for the dogs as well as therapy involving empathy, responsibility and respect. This results in a win-win-win: a more compassionate and responsible citizen, a socialized and adoptable dog and a safer community.
